John Lloyd

John "Marty" Lloyd is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in systems architecture and integration, currently serving as the Senior Systems Architecture & Integration Co-Lead at the Defense Intelligence Agency since January 2007. Lloyd has provided leadership in modernizing the agency’s information systems as the JWICS Program Management Office Service Design Chief and has managed enterprise configuration security as Team Lead. Previous roles at USSOCOM include Chief of IT Architecture and J2-J24 Chief Technology Officer, where Lloyd led a multidisciplinary team focused on supporting global operations through advanced data and systems integration. Lloyd holds a Doctor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of South Florida and multiple degrees in IT Management and Cyber Security.
