Brandon Laughlin

Brandon Laughlin, MSBA, serves as the Lead Data Scientist at the Defense Logistics Agency, where responsibilities include providing advanced analytics and developing an enterprise-wide Business Intelligence strategy. Previously, Brandon was a Senior Operations Research Analyst for the U.S. Coast Guard, focusing on workforce planning and data-driven Diversity & Inclusion strategies. Experience also includes a volunteer role as a PowerBI Engineer for the American Red Cross, where Brandon developed labor analytics tools, and positions at the Air Force Sustainment Center as an Operations Research Analyst. Brandon holds multiple degrees from the University of Central Oklahoma, including a Master of Science in Business Analytics and several Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Business Administration. Additionally, training includes Military and Strategic Leadership from Air University and a Professional Financial Management Course from the Defense Financial Management & Comptroller School.
