Sarah Hoy is an experienced professional in digital strategy and transformation, currently serving as Deputy Director for Digital Strategy and Projects at the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology since November 2024. Previously, Sarah held multiple roles at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, including Deputy Director of Digital Transformation and Business Relationship Manager. Additional experience includes serving as a Relationship Manager at the Government Digital Service and a Delivery Manager at Defence Equipment & Support. Past responsibilities also encompass people engagement management at a large government organization and website development at the Military Aviation Authority. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Bath, completed in 2012.
