Alamdar Khan

Alamdar Khan is a seasoned Learning and Development Specialist currently employed at DeLaval since February 2022, where responsibilities include leading the De-learning project to establish a global competence and development strategy while managing user-centered digital learning experiences. Prior experience encompasses roles as a Learning and Development Consultant at Upwork and an e-learning Specialist at Calabrio, Inc., where an e-learning strategy focusing on compliance and competence in the SaaS environment was implemented. Alamdar has also served as Project Manager for e-learning initiatives at Uppsala Monitoring Centre, successfully developed micro-learning content, and managed LMS implementations. Leadership experience includes serving as Rector/Learning Manager at MKFC Stockholm College, coordinating e-learning projects in collaboration with various stakeholders across multiple countries. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Technologies for Development from Stockholm University, alongside Master’s degrees in E-Commerce and Economics from Bahauddin Zakariya University.
