Adithya Candadai

Adithya Candadai is a seasoned professional in the field of SAP consulting and supply chain management, currently serving as Sr. Manager - SAP Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Delaware North America since September 2025. Adithya has extensive experience in information technology and business solutions, having held various roles at Lennox International from August 2017 to September 2025, including Information Technology Business Solutions Manager and Principal Solutions Architect. Prior positions include consulting roles at Glatfelter, Caterpillar Inc., Firestone Building Products, and several other organizations, specializing in SAP SD, PP, VC, and variant configuration. Adithya holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Engineering from Osmania University.
