Kristi Earley

Kristi Earley currently serves as Chief Member at Chief, a position held since June 2024. Previously, Kristi has extensive experience in human resources, including roles such as Director of HR Analytics & Insights, Director of HR Operations, and HR Operations Leader at Delaware North from April 2020 to the present. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Operations Manager at Wabtec Corporation, HR Process Leader at GE, and HR Operations Specialist at GE Transportation. Additionally, Kristi has worked as an HR Generalist at Hudec Dental and as a Licensed Relationship Manager at KeyBank, and began a career as a Human Resources Generalist Intern at Allstate. Kristi Earley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Organizations from Miami University in 2013.
