Jill Evers

Jill Evers is an experienced professional in retail management and human resources consulting, currently serving as Unit Director at Delhaize Belgium since August 2013. In this role, Jill oversees a matrix organization with an annual turnover of approximately 332 million euros, managing around 15 direct and 1000 indirect reports. Responsibilities include financial and operational oversight, coaching store managers, and fostering a culture of development and results.
