Randy Jennings

Randy Jennings is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, technology, and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Technology at Delight Restaurant Group since January 2015, Randy oversees the maintenance, construction, and technological advancements for a network of 129 restaurants. Prior to this role, Randy held the position of District Operations Manager at Goodwill Industries of Central Virginia, where responsibilities included developing management talent and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple locations. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Projects at JAC Inc. General Contractors, managing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery to clients. Randy holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Troy University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Christopher Newport University.
