Madeleine Lock is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service policy, finance, and commercial performance. Currently serving as the Head of Service Policy & Compensation at Deliveroo since July 2022, Madeleine leads a team focused on consumer compensation and rider service policies, addressing complex challenges that enhance customer experience.
