Madeleine Lock

Madeleine Lock is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service policy, finance, and commercial performance. Currently serving as the Head of Service Policy & Compensation at Deliveroo since July 2022, Madeleine leads a team focused on consumer compensation and rider service policies, addressing complex challenges that enhance customer experience. Prior to this role, Madeleine was a Regional Manager at Deliveroo, driving growth across all of Ireland outside Dublin and managing a significant P&L responsibility. Madeleine's background includes positions as a Corporate Finance Manager at the National Treasury Management Agency, and Senior Analyst at The Treasury in New Zealand, specializing in investment management and commercial oversight. Previous experience also includes roles at Deloitte New Zealand as a Senior Tax Consultant and a tax consultant intern. Madeleine holds Bachelor's degrees in Commerce with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the University of Canterbury and the University of Nottingham.
