Rafael Grados

Rafael Grados is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience managing delivery fleets across various regions. Currently serving as the Head of Rider Performance & Experience at Deliveroo for the Middle East, Rafael oversees rider performance metrics and sentiment in the UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait. Prior to this role, Rafael was the Operations Manager at PedidosYa, where responsibilities included managing a fleet of over 5,000 riders across 21 cities. Further experience includes leadership in operations at Grin Scooters, administration management at Americas Potash Peru S.A., and consulting at TIAA. Rafael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
