Jean Metcalf has over three decades of experience in software engineering and project management, with a significant portion of that time spent at Dell Technologies since July 2012, progressing from Manager Software Engineering to Senior Manager Software Engineering, and currently serving as Director Software Engineering. Prior experience includes roles as Software Development Manager at Elster, Software Design Project Management at Genband, and Project Management/Software Engineer at Nortel, as well as Software Design Manager and Software Engineer at BNR. Jean Metcalf holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science with a major in Systems Analysis and a minor in Mathematics from Miami University, completed in 1990.
