Mary Arendes

Mary Arendes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product quality and customer success across multiple companies. Currently serving in strategic operations at Dell Technologies since June 2017, Mary also operates as a creator and designer at wonderkin, where unique acrylic products are developed. As a co-founder of Wonderwall Studio from January 2014 to June 2017, Mary helped produce modern art and compelling product designs, connecting artists with craftsmen. Prior roles include Vice President of Customer Success at New Era Portfolio and various leadership positions at Dell, where initiatives in customer loyalty, experience design, and operational efficiency were established. Mary holds an MA in English from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a BA in English from The University of Kansas.
