Tim Gilmore

Tim Gilmore is a Chief Estimator with a background in civil and utility estimation. With experience in various roles in the construction industry, Tim has worked for companies such as Delmarva Site Development, Total Civil Construction, and Connally Contracting Corporation. Tim also has a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Frostburg State University.
