Kelly Rapmund

Kelly Rapmund is an experienced professional in People and Culture management, currently serving as Head of People (a.i.) at Delmic since February 2024, where key projects include defining core values and optimizing HR processes for scalability. Additionally, Kelly is a co-founder of The Impact Fix and founder of The Talent Fix, both aimed at enhancing organizational success through improved People & Culture strategies.
