Shelley Vallance

Shelley Vallance is currently on maternity leave until January 2026 and serves as the Director and Global Strategic Growth Programme Lead at Deloitte. With over a decade of experience at Deloitte, Shelley held various roles including Senior Manager and Global Chief of Staff, leading major finance transformation projects across diverse sectors. Prior to joining Deloitte in 2010, Shelley worked in property negotiations after completing a BA Hons in Geography from the University of Exeter. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong aptitude for change management, workforce transition, and organizational design.
