Todd Bouldin is a Learning & Development Leader with extensive experience in leadership development and coaching across various sectors, including technology and health care. They served as Legislative Director for U.S. Representative Bob Clement, and held roles at Deloitte as Talent Development and Learning Leader, where they developed innovative learning solutions. Todd also founded 2MBoldn, a consulting firm specializing in leadership and communication training, and has taught at Pepperdine University. Currently, Todd is pursuing advanced degrees at multiple institutions, including a Master of Divinity and a Juris Doctor.
