David Rizzo

David Rizzo has extensive experience in talent strategy and operations, currently serving as a Principal at Deloitte since January 2001. In this role, David leads talent initiatives as the Talent Strategy and Operations Leader and holds the position of Chief Talent Officer for Deloitte Consulting LLP, also acting as the Lead Client Service Principal. Prior to joining Deloitte, David worked in Human Resources at Chrysler Group LLC from June 1998 to December 2000. David's educational background includes studies at Cornell University from 1996 to 1998 and a degree from Saint Michael's College, where David attended from 1991 to 1995.
