Gautam Shah

Gautam Shah, GPHR, is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and consulting, currently serving as a Principal at Deloitte Consulting since August 2023. With a tenure at Deloitte Consulting that began in May 2004, Gautam has held various positions including Infor Cloud HR Practice Leader, Managing Director, and Senior Manager, leading the HR Service Delivery line in the U.S. India offices. Prior to Deloitte, Gautam worked at Covansys Inc as a Senior Consultant and at A. F. Ferguson & Co. as a Consultant, focusing on ERP implementation within the Business and IT consulting division. Gautam holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Economics from the University of Mumbai, is a Certified Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, and has completed the Harvard Management Essentials Certificate in General Management.
