Lucy Melvin

Lucy Melvin has over 15 years of experience in leading organizational strategies at Deloitte Consulting, currently serving as a Principal after previously holding the title of Senior Manager. Lucy's expertise encompasses transforming organizations through the implementation of enterprise systems, automation, and shared services. Prior to joining Deloitte, Lucy was an MBA Candidate at USC Marshall School of Business and worked as a Summer Associate in the Human Capital Practice at Deloitte. Lucy has also held various roles in public policy, including Interim Public Policy Director for the National Network to End Domestic Violence and Public Policy Specialist for the same organization. Lucy has been actively involved in the Women's Information Network, serving on the Executive Committee and holding various leadership positions. Lucy holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in English and Women's Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
