David Fetcinko

David Fetcinko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and service sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Network Development at Delta Dental Insurance Company since April 1999, David also holds the title of Manager of Professional Relations, where responsibilities include staff management, goal setting, and training development. Prior to this, David was an Account Manager and Senior Underwriter at Delta Dental, focusing on client relationships and underwriting processes. David's prior roles include Independent Living Program Consultant at Jewish Family & Career Services, Group Underwriter at Canada Life Assurance Company, and Resident Manager at Broome-Tioga ARC. David holds a BA in Psychology and Anthropology from Binghamton University and an LAS in Liberal Arts from SUNY Broome Community College.
