Chiara Greco

Chiara Greco is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Deltatre. Chiara has previous experience working as an HR Business Partner and Head of Recruitment at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, and as a Senior Manager at Accenture Italia.

Greco began their career in 1996 as a Senior Manager at Accenture Italia. In 2008, they joined FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as Head of Executive Search. In this role, they were responsible for scouting and selecting executives for the company on the external market. Chiara also set up the organization, processes, and tools for the Executive Search Team. In 2012, they were promoted to HR Business Partner EMEA Product Marketing, Communication, Product Planning, VSRC. In this role, they were responsible for the recruitment and selection of graduates and middle management for all companies within the Fiat Group. In 2017, they left FCA to join Deltatre as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Chiara Greco studied management at Università degli Studi di Torino, where they graduated with honors. Chiara then went on to study economics at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).

Chiara Greco works with Gianluca Cirio - Chief Financial Officer, Derek Ellis - President Design Division , and Ron Downey - President OTT Division . Chiara Greco reports to Giampiero Rinaudo, CEO.
