Alyssa Opella

Alyssa Opella is the Vice President of Professional Services for Demandbase. In her role, Opella is responsible for building and leading the customer-centric, adoption-focused service and support teams at Demandbase.

Throughout her two-decade-long career, Opella has built Services and Customer Success organizations where she has focused her efforts on customer engagement and education, driving software adoption on behalf of both B2B and B2C organizations. Prior to joining Demandbase, Opella has held leadership positions at Acoustic, IBM, Silverpop, and others.

Opella holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Iowa.
