Arjan Hartman

Arjan Hartman is an experienced Heavy Lifting Supervisor and Consultant, currently working with DEME Group since March 2023 and Scaldis SMC since January 2022. Hartman previously held various roles including Lifting Consultant at DEME Group from March 2015 to February 2022, and Lifting Supervisor with Van Oord from November 2014 to October 2015, managing significant lifting and hoisting operations on deck. Additional expertise includes freelance roles across multiple companies in lifting supervision and crane operation, instructing rigging and lifting courses, and a background in technical company management and civil engineering. Hartman holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Fontys Hogescholen and a degree in Civil Engineering from Technisch College Drenthe.
