Katherine Williamson

Katherine Williamson possesses extensive experience in education, having held multiple roles at Democracy Prep Public Schools since July 2012, including Senior Curriculum and Instruction Specialist, 6th Grade ELA Teacher, and Principal. Prior experience includes serving as a LENS Corps Member with Building Excellent Schools, a 6th Grade Teacher at Wexler-Grant Community School, and an Elementary Corps Member with Teach for America. In addition, a Program Intern role was completed at Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship in 2011. Katherine's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching of Exceptional Learners from Relay Graduate School of Education and a B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University, complemented by a study stint at Magdalen College, Oxford University.
