Nina Langerholc Cebokli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational design, governance, and management. Currently serving as a Board Member and Transformative Governance Lead at Demos Helsinki since September 2023, Nina has held significant roles in various organizations, including Synergy Designer at AmCham Slovenia and Organization Design Consultant at Dodo Consulting. With a rich background as ODI Trustee at the European Organisation Design Forum and Vice-President of the Section of Young Managers at Združenje Manager, Nina previously worked as Chief People Officer at Cosylab and as Head of the Minister's Office at the Ministry of Public Administration, where responsibilities included establishing an innovation ecosystem and implementing change management strategies. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in law and real estate management from the European Faculty of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Ljubljana.
