Peter Cygon

Peter Cygon, Ph.D., is a highly experienced professional in clinical operations and project management within the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the EU Liaison/Program Lead-Director of Clinical Operations at Denali Therapeutics since April 2022, Peter has a strong background that includes previous positions at Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as Associate Director of Clinical Operations and at Syneos Health as Director of Site and Patient Access. Earlier roles include Director and Associate Director of Site Intelligence at inVentiv Health Clinical, as well as Senior Project Manager and Senior CRA at ICON plc. Peter began a career in research as a Research Scientist at the University of Cologne, where the focus was on organic photochemistry, after earning a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the same institution.
