Andrew Luepke

Andrew Luepke is an experienced professional in quality management and project leadership, currently serving as a Quality Manager and Project Leader at DENSO since November 2021. Previously, Andrew held multiple roles at WEBER Screwdriving Systems Inc., including General Manager, Planning Group Leader, Application Engineering Manager, and Project Manager, where responsibilities spanned operations, KPI development, and project management for automated systems. Prior experience includes program and quality management positions at Magna Composites and ASMO North Carolina, as well as engineering roles at ASMO Detroit and DENSO earlier in their career. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University.
