Michael J. Montgomery

Michael J. Montgomery is a Senior Managing Associate in the Health Care Practice Group at Dentons, a position held since October 2016, where recent work has focused on transactional structuring and contracting, including mergers, acquisitions, and health care bond financing. Prior experience includes a Law Clerk role at Dentons, a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at UC Hastings College of the Law, a Law Clerk at the Federal Trade Commission, and an Investigative Intern at the U.S. Department of Labor. Montgomery holds a Doctor of Law degree with a focus on Health Law from UC Hastings and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from UC Santa Barbara.
