Arjan Bart Cornelis de Roy

Arjan Bart Cornelis De Roy serves as the Group Vice President and Global Business Unit Leader for Dental Solutions at Dentsply Sirona since March 2015, where strategic leadership encompasses oversight of Endodontic, Restorative, and Preventative units, along with product management and market positioning initiatives. Previous roles include Group Vice President for Commercial Dental Labs, developing growth strategies and fostering relationships with Dental Labs in the U.S. and Germany; GVP Commercial DACH and CEO for the Commercial Organization in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, managing a $500M+ P&L; and Acting General Manager at VDW Dental, overseeing global operations and a $100M+ P&L. Prior experience includes serving as Country Manager for Ormco Orthodontics at Danaher Corporation and founding CEO of InspireCompany BV, addressing scaling challenges in personal coaching. Arjan’s early career included key sales and marketing roles at Diversey and Unilever. Arjan holds an MBA in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics with a focus on Marketing from Michigan State University.
