Jenny Kent

Jenny Kent is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as the EMEA HR M&A Director at dentsu since May 2016. In this role, Jenny leads the people aspects of M&A activities across the EMEA region, managing a team to achieve strategic goals and enhance employee experience. Previously, Jenny held positions such as Global HROO Strategic Projects Lead, HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, and HR Coordinator at dentsu, focusing on HR transformation, people strategy implementation, and general HR support. Prior experience includes roles at Cath Kidston as HR Assistant and Learning and Development Assistant, where Jenny contributed to HR processes and training initiatives. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth and an Intermediate Diploma in Human Resources Management Level 5 from Acacia Learning.
