Ashleigh Madonna

Ashleigh Madonna currently serves as Project Manager of Strategic Operations at Denver Public Schools, having progressed from roles including Program Manager of School Redesign and Tiered School Improvement Partner. In these capacities, Ashleigh has led various initiatives to support school improvement, facilitate school mergers, and implement the District’s turnaround strategies, while providing strategic insights aligned with district goals. Ashleigh has also participated in the Piton Fellowship with Gary Community Ventures, focusing on leadership development and racial equity. Previous experience includes positions at Reading Partners, where oversight of reading centers occurred, and roles at Denver Public Schools focused on school evaluation and development. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Non-Profit Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Peace and Justice Studies from Regis University.
