Debra Bradley

Debra Bradley has extensive experience in workforce planning and human resources, currently serving as the Workforce Planning and Resourcing Lead at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) since November 2018. Previous roles at DWP included HR Business Partner, Resource Account Manager, and Campaign Manager for Specialist Talent Acquisition Recruitment. Debra also worked at the Cabinet Office as a Campaign Delivery professional and held the position of Employment Adviser at both Shaw Trust and Scope, providing guidance to clients with health conditions and disabilities. Debra's early career at DWP included serving as an Executive Officer. Educational qualifications include an NVQ Level 3 in Advice & Guidance from 2011, an OCR Level 2 in Literacy & Numeracy from Washington Business College in 2004, and a BTEC National Diploma in Hotel, Catering, and Institutional Management from South Tyneside College obtained in 1994.
