Joceline M. Nahigian

Joceline M. Nahigian is a strategic federal executive leader with extensive experience in environmental management and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as the Director of Intergovernmental & Stakeholder Programs at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) since May 2020.
