Ken Vincent

Ken Vincent serves as an Adjunct Professor at Texas A&M University's Bush School of Government and Public Service since January 2024. Vincent's extensive career at the U.S. Department of Energy since March 2012 includes roles such as Director of the Office of Asian Affairs, Senior Advisor on Detail in the Office of Petroleum Reserves, Chief of Staff for the Office of Fossil Energy, and Economist in the Office of Petroleum Reserves. Prior experience includes working as an Industry Economist at the U.S. Energy Information Administration from July 2008 to March 2012 and as Assistant Director at The Scowcroft Institute of International Affairs from July 2007 to July 2008. Vincent also held the position of Research Associate at Texas A&M University from August 2005 to June 2007. Academic qualifications include a PhD in International Relations from The George Washington University, a Master of International Affairs in International Economics from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
