Tertia Speiser

Tertia Speiser, PMP, has an extensive career focused on cybersecurity, energy security, and emergency response at the U.S. Department of Energy since 2009, currently serving as Chief of Staff for the Golden Field Office. Prior to this role, Tertia co-founded the Denver Roller Dolls and contributed as a skater and alumna from 2005 to 2010. Tertia also worked at E Source from 1999 to 2009 as a Manager in Climate Advisory and Business Market Services and was an International Program Manager for ISAR from 1993 to 1997, overseeing teams that supported energy, communications, and health grants in the former Soviet Union. Tertia holds a Master’s degree in Resource Policy and Behavior from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder.
