Michael Gallegos

Michael Gallegos is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in managing and enhancing enterprise infrastructure across various government agencies. Currently serving as the Director of Data Center Services at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Michael focuses on empowering technical teams to improve IT infrastructure and data center efficiency in alignment with agency missions. Prior roles include the Hosting Services Branch Chief at HUD, where Michael led teams to deliver cloud services for critical housing programs, and Branch Chief at the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. Experience at DISA involved directing a multi-platform mission-critical capability, while previous work as the Facility Chief Information Officer for the Department of Veterans Affairs included overseeing a significant IT budget.
