Maxime Leblanc

Maxime Leblanc is currently a Defence Scientist at the Department of National Defence/Ministère de la défense nationale since September 2025. Prior to this role, Maxime held various positions at McGill University from January 2019 to August 2025, including Research Assistant, Course Lecturer, and Teaching Assistant. Additionally, Maxime completed a short-term role at the Department of National Defence/Ministère de la défense nationale as part of the FSWEP program from February 2024 to February 2025, and served as a Sessional Lecturer at Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne in late 2023. Earlier experience includes multiple Research Assistant roles at Université de Montréal between September 2016 and December 2018, as well as an Architectural Intern position at ZAA architects in 2017. Maxime holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Architecture from McGill University, expected to be completed in 2020, a Master of Architecture (MArch) from McGill University obtained in 2019, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Université de Montréal completed in 2018.
