Jonathan Spring

Jonathan Spring possesses extensive experience in technical systems management and public safety, currently holding multiple committee memberships at APCO International, including roles in cybersecurity and various Oregon committees. Since October 2016, Jonathan has been serving as the Technical Systems Manager at Deschutes County 9-1-1, where previous positions included Public Safety Systems Supervisor and Computer Aided Dispatch/Records Management Systems Administrator. Jonathan's career at Deschutes County began in August 2005 as a PC Network Specialist. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Southern Oregon University from 2000 to 2004.
