Maria Ricciardi

Maria Ricciardi holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and an MBA in financial services. She joined Desjardins Group in 2011.

Maria’s experience is mostly in the banking sector, having held a series of senior management positions in business development, risk management, product development, and operations.

In 2020, she was given the opportunity to tackle new challenges at the Wealth Management Life and Health Insurance Group. She took over a new vice-presidency and now leads teams dedicated to member and client service delivery for claims, assistance services, and contract administration for Individual Group, and Business Insurance. Her main mandate is to improve member and client experience, reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.
