Matthew Gribble

Matthew Gribble is a Senior Strategic Advisor at Desjardins, specializing in the Agent Network and Direct Insurance across Ontario, Atlantic, and Western regions since July 2017. Matthew provides strategic leadership, develops multi-year business plans, and produces detailed outputs for C-suite executives and the Board of Directors. Previous roles at Desjardins include Senior Advisor and Advisor in Corporate Strategy, where Matthew managed strategic initiatives with significant P&L implications and led competitive intelligence initiatives. Prior experience includes strategic analysis roles at Bell, where Matthew developed customer revenue projects and completed a prestigious Graduate Leadership Development Program. Matthew holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Strategy & Operations from Queen's University and has international experience as an exchange student at The University of Edinburgh.
