Wafa Elkhalifa

Wafa Elkhalifa is currently serving as the Equitable Economic Development Coordinator at Destination Medical Center (DMC) since January 2022. Prior to this role, Wafa held the position of Equity Specialist at Rochester Public Schools ISD #535 from December 2020 to January 2022. Wafa has a diverse background in banking, having worked as a Cash Management Officer at Foresight Bank, President at Border Bank, Retail Branch Manager at Minnwest Bank, Personal Banker at Associated Bank, and Teller at Wells Fargo between 2008 and 2020. Wafa holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Minnesota Crookston and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Rochester Community and Technical College.
