Ralf Helbig

Dr. Ralf Helbig is Managing Director of Detecon Schweiz (AG) and responsible for the Services & Industries Chapter. Previously, he was responsible for the Public & Industries division in Switzerland as Managing Partner after having acted as interim CIO of the Telecommunication Company Iran since the beginning of 2017. Since 2007 he has been responsible at Detecon for IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture Management as well as the Travel Transport & Logistics division. From 2002 onwards, he worked as a consultant in Switzerland and, above all, accompanied a global pharmaceutical company in the globalisation of IT management. Before entering the consulting industry, he had completed his habilitation in business management and process management at the University of Bonn, where he still works today as a private lecturer for business management and business process management.
