Terry Harvill

Terry Harvill is the managing director and founder of Laclede Economic Consulting, LLC, with extensive experience in economic consulting and energy policy. Holding a PhD in Economics from the University of Illinois Chicago, Harvill has served multiple terms on the Board of Directors for the Detroit Zoological Society and as a member of the Board of Trustees at Madonna University. Previous roles include president of ITC Grid Development and senior leadership positions at ITC Holdings Corp., Constellation Energy, and DTE Energy, alongside a significant tenure as commissioner of the Illinois Commerce Commission. Harvill's expertise encompasses strategic planning, regulatory policy, and energy development initiatives.
