Alison Kynoch

Alison Kynoch is an experienced professional in the field of Employee Relations, currently serving as the Head of Employee Relations for APAC and MEA at Deutsche Bank since October 2021. Previous roles include Global Head of Employee Relations at DLA Piper and Director of Employee Relations at Credit Suisse. Alison's career also spans significant positions at BNP Paribas, Barclays Capital, and Ernst and Young, among others. Alison holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School, an LLM in Employment Law from the University of Surrey, and a BA in Human Resource Management from the University of the West of Scotland, alongside a Master's degree in Business Management from Aberdeen University.
