Bill O'Mara

Bill O'Mara is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of Directors at Deutsche Bank USA Corporation, where they serve as Chair of the Audit Committee and are a member of both the Regulation Remediation Committee and Technology Committee. They recently retired as the Global Head of Audit for KPMG International, having led the global audit practice for over 30 years as an audit partner. Previously, O'Mara held the position of Director of Corporate Audit at Honeywell and was a Senior Vice President at CIT, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. They graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Monmouth University.
