Derya Newall

Derya Newall is a Senior Associate Vice President in Rewards, Regulation & Frameworks at Deutsche Börse, a position held since May 2024. Prior experience includes various roles at Nestlé, starting as a Working Student in April 2016 and progressing to Compensation Benefits Specialist and Recruitment Specialist – Graduate until May 2024. Derya also served as an HR Consultant at BS Wutow GmbH and contributed to marketing support at SRH Hochschule Heidelberg. Educationally, Derya holds a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership with a focus on Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Laws in Business Law, both from SRH University.
