Harmeet Bawa

Harmeet Bawa is an accomplished information security professional currently serving as Associate Vice President and Information Security Specialist at Deutsche Börse since February 2023, focusing on Purple Teaming initiatives and External Attack Surface Management across 14 legal entities. With an extensive background since 2017 as a Security Researcher with Synack Red Team, Harmeet Bawa has developed expertise in web and mobile application security as well as infrastructure security. Previous experience includes roles as a Cyber Security Engineer at Nuri and Paytm, where significant contributions were made in application security testing and vulnerability management, earning recognition for achievements such as the Paytm Star award. Harmeet Bawa also served as a Cyber Security Analyst at EY and completed an engineering internship at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in India.
