Claudia Franko

Claudia Franko currently serves as the Head of HR at Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund since January 2024, overseeing personnel management for approximately 26 employees. Prior to this role, Claudia held the position of Managing Director at Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie Leipzig from January 2017 to December 2023 and was the Head of HR at Stadtverwaltung Leipzig, managing HR functions for 9,500 staff from April 2016 to December 2023. Claudia's career in human resources began at Kommunale Stiftung, where Claudia served as Head of HR and Finance from 2006 to March 2016. Claudia Franko holds a Diplom-Kauffrau in Business Administration from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, obtained between 1995 and 2001.
