Aparna Ramamurthy

Aparna Ramamurthy is a skilled journalist with extensive experience in broadcast journalism. Currently serving as a Freelance Journalist for Deutsche Welle since August 2021, Aparna previously worked at BBC News as a Broadcast Journalist from November 2017 to July 2021, and at Sun TV Network Limited as a Correspondent from June 2012 to July 2015. Aparna holds a Master's degree in Media and Communication with a specialization in Broadcast Journalism from the School of Communication, Manipal, obtained between 2015 and 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication from A.M. Jain College, Chennai, completed from 2009 to 2012.
