Hadeel al Jobour

Hadeel Al Jobour, MBA, is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Devoteam since February 2021. With a career spanning over a decade, Hadeel previously held positions including Organizational Development Consultant at Utv and Operations and HR Director at The Online Project, where responsibilities included managing HR functions across regional offices and fostering a performance-driven culture. Hadeel also contributed to the community by launching ASK HR JO, an initiative providing career support during the COVID-19 pandemic. Educational qualifications include an MBA in HR from the German Jordanian University and a BSc in Business Information Systems from the University of Jordan.
